Apr 09, 2018 With a sound level of only 72Db, the Gyro Air manages a comfortable noise level equal to a quiet conversation. With such a low decibel ceiling, the Harvey Dust Collector is tailor-made to be the most effective dust collector out on the market. With a variable speed setting ranging from 2280rpm to 4275rpm, the G700 is more than capable of
[email protected]The G700 dust processor is a revolutionary dust extractor with the unique GYRO AIR technology. Unlike any existing dust extractors in the world, G700 directs dust flow into the Gyro Air system that generates powerful centrifugal force and efficiently separates dust from air
Dec 08, 2019 Matt Kenny did a short review in Fine Woodwoking: Tool Review: Harvey Machinery’s Gyro Air G700 - FineWoodworking. Axminster also sell this in UK under a rebranded name, but interestingly I don't recall any reviews from the UK woodwork forums
Oct 23, 2013 Tool Review: Harvey Machinery’s Gyro Air G700. October 5, 2018. Innovative, super quiet dust collector. Magnetic Catch For a Blast Gate. February 10, 2016. In FWW #248, Dean Hedstrom suggested using a ball-nose plunger to hold a dust-collection blast gate open or closed without having to loosen and tighten the locking knob. My variation
Unlike any existing dust collector on the market, the G700 uses the new axial centrifugation technology, which Harvey Industries named Gyro Air Technology, to spin the air/dust stream to over 4,000 RPM to separate the dust from the air and collect it in two dust bins hidden internally in the unit
GYRO AIR Separation Technology Solves the Clogging Problem. Harvey Industries’revolutionary GYRO AIR technology converts dust-laden airflow into high-speed gyroscopic movement using a unique aerodynamic cavity struc- ture. The immense centrifugal force generated by the gyroscopic movement separates the turmoil of the dust-laden airflow into
Gyro Air Dust Collectors Update. A lot has been happening at Harvey Industries in Montclair, California. The Gyro Air dust management system, which now consists of three models, is unlike any other in the world. It filters more than 99 per cent of the dust from the air stream BEFORE the particles hit the filter
A question for Gyro Air G700 owners; I do a lot of hand planing and chisel work in my shop. Do you think the G700 would have issues if I used it to floor sweep this detritus? I understand that the shavings will pass through the impeller, not like a typical vertical cyclone dust collector which would fall
The G800 is made to work with all types of dry dust and chips including metal from grinding operations, wood, rubber, plastic, grain, stone, graphite, and more. While utilizing the capabilities of the Siemens frequency converter, the G800 provides variable speed control to match the air flow to your requirements
Gyro Air physically separates the dust from the air before sending the exhaust air with minimal dust particles to the filter. And now the G700 comes with the benefit of HEPA grade filters . These filters are rated at MERV 17 and capture particles down to 0.3 microns
Nov 08, 2017 Harvey's Gyro Air is a dust collector like no other. It has a one-of-a-kind, patented design that separates dust particles from the air and captures them more efficiently than any other product on the market. Aug 17, 2018 Take a closer look at the Harvey Industries G700 Gyro Air Dust Processor. This is a new dust collection solution that’s unlike any we’ve ever seen. by Chris Marshall • Feb 22, 2018 • Tool Reviews , More on the Web
Feb 13, 2021 One of the most highly requested reviews I get asked to cover is for the Harvey G700 Gyro Air Dust Processor. I’ve owned the G700 for over 6 months now, and I could not be happier with it. Everyone knows the dangers of particulates and air quality when it comes to woodworking, and thankfully Harvey’s machine performs above any dust collection system I’ve ever owned up to this point in my
Oct 05, 2018 The Gyro Air was impressive. I used it while testing seven 8-in. jointers, running cherry, curly maple, and white pine through them repeatedly. It kept up without any trouble. Even more impressive than its dust collection performance, however, was how quietly it operated
Aug 09, 2020 I saw a couple of reviews of the Gyro Air G700 that looked interesting but at the time the unit was selling for around $4,250 with another $500 in shipping costs (that is actually the pricing that Rockler still has today for this unit). Given the price I passed on it
May 19, 2020 Review Pentz’s information on minimum air velocity in the lines to keep the dust and chips in suspension. With the fairly low CFM on the Supercell, you do not want to use ducting with too large a diameter, else the velocity will drop and dust may drop out of the airflow. ... The Harvey specs for the GYRO AIR G700 DUST Collector are at https
